When we first moved back home to the family farm I sent the power company a letter letting them know that any intention or plans to replace the present analog meter with a smart meter would not be allowed or accepted. I received their response of acknowledgement and that they had no plans to place smart meters for customers at that time. This was several years ago. Today I am under threat of financial harm as well as physical health if I do not comply and allow them to replace meter. I am now in the process of the program… Read more »

I am renting in a high rise building in Canada. I would like to file an NoL but as a renter, do I retain the same rights to fight against this? Seeing as my contract was with the landlord, I see the landlord must protect our agreement but that does not wave my sovereign right under common law to health. Would I need to file an NoL against my landlord, the power company and the Canadian Minister of Environment and Climate Change that has been promoting this on people. Then I will keep filing them against every single member of… Read more »

Sending round 3 of documents. But the notion that the response letter to round two was “vague” I feel is inaccurate. In the letter they address laws that make the smart meter not “surveillance devices” or “wiretap devices”. They even address the “interception” of data as no violation according to, Ideal Aeroshimth, Inc. v. Acutronic USA, Inc., No. 07-Civ-1029, 2007 WL 4394447, at*4. (this is what they cited)
Do I need to address these specific citations? Or do I just continue as addressing the letter as “vague”?

No, these pertain under the Unite States Corporation. You are not under that obligation as you are of common law status and you are not under the contractual negotiation of their citation. You did not sign that agreement they site and you are above corporate contractual law. You are sovereign and of common law, given by god

I am being charged with 2 counts (2 Smart Meter removal and changed out for Analog Meters on my house and garage) of Utility FRAUD in Criminal Court in Leelanau County, Suttons Bay, Michigan. This is only after a year of 3 NOTIFICATION from the “DAY” package. I am near a cripple from the radiation on my bedroom wall. I am being railroaded in 86th District court. I guess I am the first in Michigan in Criminal Court for this. I am 64 years old, a little crippled lady in need of HELP with counsel. I would be willing to… Read more »
